Our sale on the 7th April could be the last at Droitwich Auctions !!!

In the words of Corporal Jones – “Don’t panic”.

Droitwich Auctions are strongly considering moving our auction sales to the first and third Wednesday of the month. It seems plenty of our supporters are unable to make some Sunday sales.

How would this affect you? Would 6pm on a Wednesday make it easier to visit Droitwich Auctions? Would you be happier bidding online on a Wednesday evening or a Sunday afternoon? Which would be your chosen option for DROITWICH AUCTIONS to operate on?

Would you prefer a Wednesday to a Sunday?

Please email us using Contact Us and let us know.

On other notes for this Droitwich Auctions sale, we have examined the issues that beset us online and believe that we have solved the problems. Thus you should have an event free auction this time. We should stream correctly, on time with great pictures and excellent sound. Not sure that my face makes a great picture or that my voice does not bore you all but it should be reliable all the same.

In house we understand the screen issues are not resolved too so you will be able to see what is up at the time.

In the sale we have some really nice lots yet again. There are sovereigns both full and half, some excellent chains and rings too. There is a vast array of silver jewellery too.

Droitwich Auctions are proud to have many lots of old collectable coins along side more modern silver coin’s too. There are some great items of art and prints in this auction too.

Militaria wise we have some old uniforms, weapon cleaning kits of which we believe one is for a bren gun. There are field radios, we even have some WWii German ephemera and photo’s too.

Possibly my favourite lots in the sale are two BSA air rifles. One is a patent Lincoln Jeffries and the other an improved model D. Made in Birmingham by the British Small Arms Co Ltd these are Edwardian and even work well. They both have vernier sights added and would look at home in anyones collection.

There is a full set of Robertson’s Golly enamel pin badges with the original order form, hanging fabric item and sales sheet showing what there was to collect. Plus another lot of badges that were duplicates. These are complemented with some early gollies too. Not everyone’s cup of tea, however, they are historical and collectable.

Look forward to seeing you in house for the auction on Sunday or be the highest bidder before for viewing, if not we hope to see you log in online to bid too. Please do ot forget to read our terms and conditions and should you be lucky enough to be the highest bidder on the air rifles you will need to be over 18 years of age.
