Shipping

Droitwich Auctions provide a full shipping service for our remote buyers .

All lots can be shipped, the cost varies by lot based on size, weight, packing requirements, type of service and destination. You may request a shipping cost before bidding, we do suggest this, however, we can supply a cost after the sale too if required.

Courier service for larger items can be arranged – Please ask for a quote if required.

International services are available too.

In any circumstances please ask for costs before bidding if you are anyway unsure.

We aim to ship at the earliest opportunity once payment is cleared, however, please note that at busy times this may be up to 5 days after payment is made.

Our shipping costs include not only the cost of postage, however, also the cost of wrapping materials and staff costs to do so.

All postage is at buyers risk and although we take great care in wrapping, we accept no responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any damages or losses once they have been handed over to the post office or couriers. We will give you tracking details and if required supply a copy of the receipt for claims purposes, we will not, however, deal with claims and couriers once they are in the postal or parcel system.
